What is differences like? I know there is an oral and PC, but is it handled differently than initial?
Just did differences training 200 to 900. I was away from the company for 6 months on military leave, but the course was straightforward and pretty easy. Know the buttons on the overhead panel, along with the differences, particularly FADEC and the pneumatic system. PC is just like any PC I think. It was fair, and it only took a little less than 2 hours in the box. Way less stuff than my ATP ride a few months back.

My only critique is the training footprint. It took about 3 weeks total, and I was the first to finish in my class. 4 days ground school, 2 FTDs, 3 sims, oral and PC, with 2-3 day breaks smattered in between all the training events. Positive space to and from your home address to training when you have 2+ days off.
