Skywest is my other option. I'm thinking of going and interviewing at some more but I'm not sure it will matter. I'm only considering PSA because I can't move right now. I'm not real keen on any of SKW bases. I know the latter is the better company but thought PSA might be able to offer a little better QOL.
Do you live in a current PSA base? If so that would be a huge factor in favor. Commuting sucks, commuting to reserve sucks worse. If you're single with no family and can live cheap then commuting for a regional isn't that big of a deal, but if you have/want any sort of family life then living in base is the best.
