This is just the tip of the iceberg and really only brings PSA up to what could now be considered industry standard, certainly not industry leading and probably not enough to entice people to commute to Dayton, Knoxville, or Cincinnati.
I can't fault the contract vote. It took PSA from 400 to 1200 pilots in a few years. The market has changed. We're big enough to cause AA to question shutting us down. I'm not saying they won't but it would cause some questions for their WO dream machine. Time to exercise some leverage before another economic turn or world crisis.
