Not exactly; per 10-G-1 you have to be using an automobile to transfer bases. This could mean any number of different things; a crash pad car or even a rental car full of stuff for a crash pad.
Just be careful to comply with 10-G-2 (reimbursement) if you decide to try and expense it back to the company.
