So after this point there was nothing he could have gotten me on because he didn't know anything. So then I have no more than a 15 min interview. All that guy talked about for those 15 minutes was how to pass the sim the next day....So who knows. And I couldn't care less because I have another interview on tuesday and if I get that job then it won't really matter.
What would you have said if they hired you in 15 minutes? I've interviewed at three regionals, hired at all three, working for my second, but point being, besides the written, all three of my intereviews were between 15-30 minutes in length. Just like any business, people know what they're looking for and they generally know in the first 5 seconds how it will go. Especially with the number of people these guys are interviewing they know exactly what they want in a person and I think the one-on-one is way more important than any silly written.
