So after this point there was nothing he could have gotten me on because he didn't know anything. So then I have no more than a 15 min interview. When they did go back and look at anything, if I did have something that was iffy then they had nothing more to go on than a few pieces of paper. All that guy talked about for those 15 minutes was how to pass the sim the next day....So who knows. And I couldn't care less because I have another interview on tuesday and if I get that job then it won't really matter.
What would you have said if they hired you in 15 minutes? I've interviewed at three regionals, hired at all three, working for my second, but point being, besides the written, all three of my intereviews were between 15-30 minutes in length. Just like any business, people know what they're looking for and they generally know in the first 5 seconds how it will go. Especially with the number of people these guys are interviewing they know exactly what they want in a person and I think the one-on-one is way more important than any silly written.

Read my first post on if we need pilots...
As for reserve, well, most people I know are having little to NO (yes thats right no) Reserve time.

ASA DOES need pilots. Enough said (so does EVERY OTHER regional).

Well I did get an interview with them that I have yet to go to -- will probably turn it down because I want to move to the north east for a while... but I have consistently heard from two individuals... one that got hired and one that did not... that they'd send people away for no apparent reason. Whatever -- probably BS. That was my first application that I filled out and packet that I got together so it seemed super insano at the time ...
