I'm no expert on the Piedmont program but I would guess yes. On a side note, if you did not complete your commercial and instrument as part of a part 141 ground and flight training course, you wont qualify for the R-ATP reduced total hours of 1250 or 1000, you'll need to complete 1500 hours per 14 C.F.R. § 61.159 and § 61.160. However you will still qualify for the R-ATP with 1500 hrs and 200 hrs of XC vice 500 hrs of XC.
Thanks for the information luckily I did mine all at 141 and qualify for R-ATP 1000
