Seller pays commission, its not gonna cost a buyer anything to use a realtor. Finding a good realtor to help you buy and negotiate would be well worth it.
You could always pay a closing attorney(since they do all the work anyways) and negotiate a lower price without the buyers Realtor commission factored in. I'd rather sell to a buyer that's not using a Realtor.
