There are too many variables right now to make any guesses. Most likely, you would get CLT within a month or two.

It depends on:
- New Base. If it is a good, commutable base, some of the senior CLT people may move there to make their lives better. ORD would be a good example.

- Ability to hire. If we can start hiring 25 FO's every 2 weeks, then reserve time will remain low and you would be able to get CLT quickly. If we can not hire more than what we are currently hiring, reserve time may last for years for those unfortunate enough to come to PSA now.

- Pay/Benefits. If we can not hire, the company is going to need to do something attract new hires. Pay will have to be raised, and other QOL improvements will have to be made.

Right now, I would not come to PSA. Even if I were getting $1000 for a referral for talking to you, I would advise you not to come here. We have some good things, but the negatives outweigh the positives right now for a new hire.
