Things aren't looking too good for AWAC currently but there wouldn't be a mass exodus of their pilots to PSA. Remember that AAG plans on parking quite a few 200s this year. They are going to come from somewhere...
AAG is on the hook for PSA's 35 CRJ200s leases until 2019-2022 so they are not going to park them. They might transfer them to another carrier but they aren't going to pay for a lease and not fly the aircraft when AWAC, SKW, and XJT have 200s that are coming up on CPA expirations. I've heard the XJT CRJ flying out of DFW will not get renewed this year and some of the SKW 200 AE flying out of ORD will go away as well.
