We don't live in the past. Here and now the management isn't measuring up and this place is in the fast lane to failure.

This management team isn't doing a damn thing to make this place better. They are doing as little as possible at the cheapest possible. They are hoping another company will go under and a new source of pilots will appear. Problem is those pilots still won't come here because there are better deals for them to start over at the bottom with.
