How hard are the ATP written requirements? just saw a posting for this position as well as a Lear 35 FO out of Georgia, but the lear did not require the written.
PHX Only airframe where you can get the ATP with the new rules (over 40000 LBS) is the G1159. Haven't seen anybody get on the G3 on their first 4 years and most of them are already captains on the lear or G1 by then. If you don't have the written already done management will think that upgrading you will be too complicated.
