Paycheck is in the bank but the pay stub is not up in the Spirit website...
So I cant verify if the missing 321 override is on this check from the mess up from the last check. Well, I know its not in there because paycheck is the same from the last paycheck for the 30th.
1 NCC for missing the correct override from the last paycheck
1 NCC for not having it on this paycheck as the contract says its supposed to be if the missing amount is under $100
Shocking part is when I ask guys if their 321 override was correct, most say "Dont know, I dont even look at it."
So we can blame CrewPay, which deserves so much blame, but we have apathetic pilots who wont even check their checks for accuracy or file NCC(s) when they are not accurate.
