You have the ORIGINAL document on that? I REALLY wish I did. It WASN'T called that. It was simply language in one of the concession rounds. J4J at USAir had a whole slew of other things tied to it. Percentage of pilots, the whole Mid Atlantic certificate debacle, etc.

Technically correct. The UAX carriers did not have to "hire" furloughed UAL pilots...unless they wanted the 70 seat contracts. But the jobs were a pre-condition for the additional flying.
Negative. All that flying has been out for RFP and awarded independent of the scope lift.

Really? Is that why all those furloughed UAL, ATA, ABEX, and everyone else was able to slide into the DEC CA spots at Gojets? Because the interview was so hard?
IIRC, there was NO INTERVIEW for a furloughed UAL pilot at a UAX feeder.
