We don't need any "army of 1" types. This job requires a strong union.
New hires here can hold 777 F/O after 2 years. At that point, they will be making about $180 per hour. That's how much heavy Captains were making a few years ago….with 25 years+!!!!
All this will change if we don't take care of the ME3.
