As far as I know, not too many furloughees were hired at Gojets. I think you'll find that the bulk of furloughees were hired at SkyWest.

Furlough 2. I don't remember any agreements during furlough 1 for being hired at regionals. I was furloughed in early 2002 and by the time I ran out of guard bumming opportunities, no regionals were hiring furloughees. I ended up taking a low level nonflying job because there was not much out there during furlough 1.
As far as no interview, I do not remember seeing that in the agreement. And FWIW, I went to SkyWest in late 2010 when they had me interview so it's not like the regionals dropped the interviews.
