You are upset because PSA pilots "gave up" 12/4, which they knew didn't matter. No pilots will be affected by 12/4 unless they choose to make their career at PSA (which shows that they have mental problems to be a lifer at a regional).
In return, PSA got a better contract, and knew that AAG would have to return to the table in a short amount of time to improve things anyways.
It seems like PSA MEC played this game pretty well, and you are jealous about it.
PSA got a good contract (that unfortunately isn't followed by management) and didn't have to give up anything of value to get it. AAG played Envoy, Envoy lost, are jealous, and they somehow still can't see it.
No, I am not. I am upset they turned down 2 years worth of bonuses at a company most people won't be at longer than 3 years. I am upset because this wouldn't fix all their problems so there would be plenty of "leverage". They decided not to let the FO's pick up a dollar off the ground, because they couldn't. Not because there some grand scheme where there gonna be some power house negotiating team getting setting the standard for all furture airlines. GMAFB
