Is this our opportunity to whipsaw back?

Pilot group 1 accepted an offer and set the baseline.

Pilot group 2/3 refuse and force something better, knowing the baseline. Pilot group 1 gets the better deal as well since AA will make all 3 identical in their plan.

When things don't improve because the offers aren't good enough, we rinse and repeat.

Am I crazy?
