This's is the most frustrating part. You are right. It won't fix anything, I'll stay a property the same amount of time I would have anyways. PICK UP THE MONEY. All your thoughts would be valid if this was an end all be all proposal, but it isn't. It's a total freebe they took the "high" road on.
I know beyond all doubt if it went only to the captains and not to the FO's this wouldn't be a conversation it would have already been passed.
