Yes, but 2 years ago PSA was filling classes, taking airplanes, and upgrading. Now they are losing more pilots than they can hire, deferring deliveries and not upgrading. The playing field has changed.

Just think if Republic hadn't been trying to stay cheap and had raised pay to $40hr 2 years ago then they probably wouldn't be in bankruptcy today.
Endeavor has been giving 20-23k per year to every pilot on property for over a year now and I don't see them losing more pilots than they can hire.

AAG seems to think this flow is some kind of golden ticket that we are all fighting to get when its not. Its like a life preserver at a kiddie pool, sure it's nice that it's there, but we're pretty sure we won't need it.
