So now with no agreement they unilaterally up the signing bonus to 10k, with 5k additional to people with prior 121 experience. Sounds pretty much like Envoy now as far as the new hire bonuses.

This is just the opening salvo. Years 2+ of longevity we still fall way behind our peers, so the bonus will lose it's attractiveness pretty quickly and another round of "negotiations" will take place.
