Honestly guys, I don't think 10K - 15K is going to make a big dent in our ability to attract new hires. There are a lot of attractive offers out there right now, and PSA is still not even close to the middle of the pack.
I don't either, but between this and the CCP this Don guy is proving to be able to out maneuver the PSA union, and it looks like that will continue.
