Just think if Republic hadn't been trying to stay cheap and had raised pay to $40hr 2 years ago then they probably wouldn't be in bankruptcy today.
Endeavor has been giving 20-23k per year to every pilot on property for over a year now and I don't see them losing more pilots than they can hire.

AAG seems to think this flow is some kind of golden ticket that we are all fighting to get when its not. Its like a life preserver at a kiddie pool, sure it's nice that it's there, but we're pretty sure we won't need it.

It's spot-on!

Turning down this ridiculous and insulting offer from little Dion costs me nothing! ZERO! I lost nothing,..... because I didn't stand to GAIN anything in this offer. I didn't forgo a raise in pay, I didn't lose an increase in flow, I won't be missing out on any increase in benefits, and I haven't given away any 401k match. I lost nothing!

What I HAVE gained is a renewed vigor when it comes to discouraging potential new hire pilots from coming to PSA.

Go ahead Dion. Try to plss me off some more!

Thanks you MEC for making the right call.
