I've been on first year FO pay three times in my career and never would I have expected a bonus that wasn't paid out to every fellow union member. Like I said if you don't like it vote with your feet, I certainly have many times before.
So far senior CAs have gotten a flow and the junior CAs got a quick upgrade. Now our FOs got a QOL increase and our senior guys said no because they wanted some too. You say you left other places and I'm assuming because of QOL issues? You if all people should understand that a lot of people could have used that money and two that clearly regionals don't like to keep offering their pilots better stuff or you would be at your original regional with a better contract.
