You if all people should understand that a lot of people could have used that money and two that clearly regionals don't like to keep offering their pilots better stuff or you would be at your original regional with a better contract.
Do you understand the point of collective bargaining? We pool all of our dues together for the benefits of the entire group, not just FOs. Like I said I would never expect a bonus as a member of a union that wasn't distributed to everyone. I wasn't given a quick upgrade, it took me over 9 years to finally EARN it, maybe if you get stuck in the right seat for nearly a decade you will see it differently.
