Do you understand the point of collective bargaining? We pool all of our dues together for the benefits of the entire group, not just FOs. Like I said I would never expect a bonus as a member of a union that wasn't distributed to everyone. Would've loved been stuck in the right seat for the last 10 years and unfortunately they were not hiring. So while you enjoyed an airline job as a career. I and others waited, climbing some other career ladder hoping for the opportunity to have a flying job. Do t give me your nine years of earned it. How many hours did you have when you got hired 300?
