I don't think some of you guys get it. The retention bonus wasn't to keep FOs from jumping ship to LLCs like some of you guys are saying, it was to keep current FOs from not leaving for places like endevor which honestly they should. Captain's pay is not well below industry standard here but FO pay is. The union keep money out of the pockets of FOs who probably need it to most for the chance that maybe they will get something too. It's disgusting how greedy some people are.
