Now think of this: If senior f/o's to you were to leave and go elsewhere, you can hold a line faster, possibly get weekends off, upgrade faster etc...
By having more attrition everyone benefits below the person leaving. A bonus to f/o's just makes it worse for you. Think about how much better it would be if 100 f/o's ahead of you quit.

The company makes this a great place to work and we collectively benefit. If PSA was a great airline they wouldn't have to offer bribes in the first place.
One our senior FOs are not leaving. Why leave when they are riding the top of seniority with an upgrade close? Look at the people leaving PSA. It's not senior FOs. The only people leaving are the ones that could of used that money. Good to know you want unity and betterment for every one... Except PSAs senior FOs ******* them and move up in seniority quick am I right!
