If I were an FO I would be more upset with that lowball value placed on me more than I would be about the MEC telling them to pound sand.
It's more about principals, mgmt at PSA and our union. Add those up along with empty promises and time for departure. I have two interviews lined up and the word was that one company had talked to a few PSA pilots this week.
I do hope that if people do leave that impacts mgmt to help those that stay.
