Why did you accept something that only benefited a small part of the pilot group? The 5 per month will never help someone over 500 on the seniority list, but you still voted it in just to benefit yourself.

And the majors have been doing this crap for years. They sold scope for a few dollars an hour raise. Their crap stinks just like everyone elses.
This is spot on. PSA FO's were sold out. You say we're subsidizing our own bonus with year 1-2 pay... Well now we're subsidizing newhire bonus'. The wrath of this decision will touch each of you. Spare me the unity crap. Where was it when the flow was accepted at 4?
