Old displacement ment turning a 20hr 4 day into a 8hr 4 day or something worse. My day has no value. Mid trip displacement is new. Keep displacing FOs so more and more street captains were hired. There are a lot of FO's with over a thousand now so no DECs anytime soon but at 4-6 capts a month that 4 year pay cap might be attainable by a new hire FO at PSA with zero 121. The upgrade times, schedual flexibility, and flow rate at 6 years that PSA brags about is all bs.
