I was suprised to learn that SAP is only available to certain seniority tiers, that was disappointing. When can someone gain enough seniority to be in th privlidged tier?

6 year flow? Where are they getting that number? Seems like by using math, it's closer to 18-20 years (4/ month with 1000 people upto 8/month with 2000 people projected with a few declining to flow). If that's the case the hiring wave/ pilot shortage will be over by the time a junior FO gets a class date at AA.
