We all know what happened and why. The leverage the union thinks there holding will only last until the airline goes steady state which is a moving target.
The fix was temporary because the problem is temporary. The union is just making noise because of jealousy.
They can easily turn up the flow when they reach steady state and give the FO's a retention bonus. I suspect it will be passed all in one package next time.
This... personal opinion but we shouldn't renegotiate anything else until we get pay scale adjustments; including flow. We have a duty to make this a better place for those who follow, that comes with a competitive pay scale across the board. Hold on fellas, it's going to get worse as staffing reduces before it gets better.
