Airplane (700) deliveries have once again been deferred, the last 3 or 4 new hire classes have all had 7 or fewer pilots in them, upgrades have slowed to 4 this month and 6 last month. Soon we won't be able to staff the airplanes that we have and are scheduled to take. Reserve times will explode and upgrades will be no where in sight and the "flow" is going to stay at 5 per month and with approx. 1200 pilots currently on the list,....... well, you do the math.

Whereas this was a great place for new hires a couple years ago,...... that ship has sailed. Go somewhere else.
