Others are offering a lot more. The regionals combined are attaining 1/3 of their hiring goals. Some are hitting close to 100% and others, less than 20%. The most competitive regionals will meet their hiring goals. The least competitive will not survive. Seniority movement, career progression, domiciles and compensation make a Regional competitive. Increase the pay and flow (to at least 9/month) and the classes will fill up again and seniority movement gets better for junior pilots looking to upgrade.
