But that said, how many would actually stay til 70? Of those, how many would be able to? Something else to think about: how old are the flows, and how much are they going to add to that retirement curve?
Enough money and enough lobbyists from the airlines and 70 is easy.
We have a guy who is blind in one eye. Where there's a will, there's a way and a doctor willing to make a way.
I do have a suspicion the retirements will drive up the flows because of sheer need of pilots and the low supply.
