Thats not the point. Mesa has been "good" to me too. I was hired at a good time. The point of the post is, Mesa is no where close to what is being sold to new hires. There is NO quick upgrade, NO pay raise on the horizon, and the highest health insurance cost in the industry. Its not to bash Mesa, its to point out that there really is no benefit to working here at this point for a new hire. Like I said before, there are some very limited conditions where this is an ok place to work, but those situations are few and far between. Say for example you live in Dallas already and want to get some 121 time quick and are not too concerned about the pay.
