Dude...............

How on earth is this a benefit? You know at other airlines people get KCM for free AND can take water off the aircraft without going against company policy right? What actions of Mesa won't you defend just to say it's a great place to work?

Actually I've worked for two other regionals And got out of aviation. You can't argue that morale is low and that Mesa is not what is advertised. Case being in point to anyone that is looking at mesa as a potential employer, don't come here. Working for mesa is financially iresponsible and you will regret your decision immensely.

So apparently when Mesa pays for the ATP course, it's an additional 4 year contract?
No 4 year contract for ATP... Where do some of you get your information?

•$20,000 paid after the completion of Year 3*
*Unless the pilot is eligible for Captain upgrade based on company seniority and FAA Part 121 requirements

So, yeah, if you are eligible for upgrade but turn it down or bid for it, no bonus for you.
