This is why all pilot unions need to come together and fight the Railway Labor Act. Until pilots are removed from this regulation we are screwed. We have no recourse but to follow a long drawn out bureaucratic process that only benefits management. Until then all you can do is choose to not work for companies such as this. The problem is that people are lining up to go to this place!!
