Lately the struggle for me is just getting listed. Plenty of open seats this time of the year on my commute, 3 out of 4 daily flights operated by Mesa, and yet I'm still sweating bullets over getting work because I keep getting the GD "general booking error" when listing online or someone on the 800 number fracks up my listing and the gate agent can't check me in (happened last friday). I do not understand what is so special about Jetnet that they cannot give us access to it. I feel like I'm being punished for not choosing to work at a WO'd.
Oh, and twice I've had my dependents stuck somewhere because I couldn't get them listed through myIDtravel. It truly is an awful service which we pay to have the privilege of using.
AA travel benefits=completely worthless.
