They are hurting for FO's based on the continuous posting on Climb to 350. They say that the FO pay is 30,000 with a 5 on 2 off schedule. They also pay 100 per day over 18, and 200 per day for working a day off. I don't really know anything about QOL because this information all comes from the job posting.
