tHEY WILL KEEP YOUR LAST PAYCHECK, and send you a bill, those bastards arent going to take you to court for it or bother you, I was sent a bill only after I asked them were my last paycheck was, then I never heard from them agian, and It was not sent to collections................My sister is an employment lawayer and it is not worth it, and by law they will have very little to stand on, you cant sue some people for the contract and not others and excpect to win..............They didnt sue me, and they will have little to stand on if they sue you, PM if you have any questions..................
