Someone posted that a new hire could hold CLT in one year. Just be clear that is reserve in CLT. I have been here almost 10 months and am 50-60 away from round 1 and I'm sure there are FOs at other bases that will come in above me once they can hold a line. With the current stagnation - don't come to PDA if you are expecting to hold a line for CLT for probably close to two years unless of course Doug and Dion decide to assist PSA in being successful.
