I respectfully disagree. I believe we should boycott the meeting. Make the management team ask the question "where are all the pilots?" maybe this will finally draw their attention to the fact that they are facing a very serious pilot shortage. By us attending the meeting and asking the tough questions, which I would normally agree is the correct course, we are just demonstrating that we have a vested interest in helping the company that they can take advantage of. By boycotting the meeting we demonstrate that we don't need to listen to their old worn out recording of someday, maybe, perchance...things will get better. We as a group have better options and we don't need to waste our time being lied to.

No pilots at the job fair
No pilots in the ground school
No pilots at the propaganda meeting
