That is also a valid argument. However all the cameras are going to see is a room full of pilots and DP giving the same canned BS answers to the tough questions. Allow me to prequel the meeting.
"Thanks for coming and being a part of making PSA great, We know we wouldn't be here without your staunch support" Blah Blah Blah
"we are aware of the issues you are facing and we are working diligently towards a solution" Blah Blah Blah
"I'm glad you asked that question, and let me just assure you that your continued efforts have not gone unnoticed and will definitely be rewarded" Blah Blah Blah

Personally, I'm giving it until September to improve then I'll be trying to get into a ground school by October. That way I get the holidays off and miss the first half of de-ice season. Not to mention making this place an extra pilot short for the holiday flying.
