Word from some one that was there is that they would like up the flow but can't because we won't be able to staff the planes. CAs won't be getting retention bonuses because it doesn't make good business sense. The company will see if their bonus programs work and if not they will do what they need to do to attract new hires. So, if none of the wholly owns can staff, which seems to be the case now; they won't throw money at them to fix them? Then what? Just outsource the flying. Is that what he's getting at?
