This listing to which you refer (that I posted above) is junior line holders in each base.
But you are correct, 2 & 3 people from the early- & mid-February classes were awarded MSP 900. No one from the 29 Feb class (25 peeps) were awarded MSP anything.

Just to update your info, I just got done working with some newhires that were awarded MSP 900 in indoc. So it is Feb 2016 for MSP900.
