Given a choice between possibly being shut down and having to go look for another job or starting over at another regional's first year pay and seniority, and taking a concessionary contract, you may be surprised what they do. I don't know that this will happen obviously, I'm just speculating. AAGs thirst for the cheapest feed possible in the face of what are becoming overwhelming market forces is nothing short of astounding to me. No wonder their operation is in such horrible shape and labor relations are bad all over.
Air Wisconsin MEC has already firmly stated it's position. They will not take concessions and will stand firm, even with the shutdown threat.
