You're showing how little you know about regional airlines. Air Wisconsin had a TA that would have improved qol. We said no. If you think that anyone at AWAC cares about the place shutting down, think again. You realize there are other options out there besides "starting" over at another regional. Guys at AWAC could give two rips if they threatened us with shutting down.
This is becoming a common sentiment among many regional pilots. I am hearing this more and more. They don't care if their company shuts down. It's a pilot's market and there are plenty of options out there and the options are growing by the day. And starting over at the bottom, doesn't mean what it used to mean. In some cases, pilots can end up better off than they currently are. Times are changing. And for pilots, it's getting better and better.
I think the days of pilots taking any concessions are over.
