So it looks like I went from #276 out of 282 FO's in March's bid in CLT to #272 out of 277 FO's in April's bid. It seems to me like we're retaining a lot of FO's. They appear to have added a lot more round 1 lines in CLT and have about 20 fewer round 2 lines. This means less people on reserve and a higher chance of the highly sought after critical pay. I'm at the bottom of the list here in CLT and things here aren't all doom and gloom. I've enjoyed flying with every captain so far and I haven't been promised anything I'm not getting. The pay/ contract will continue to improve if they want to keep PSA staffed but as of now, I'm logging lots of time on reserve and getting paid like I expected to get paid being a first year FO. Keep your chins up guys, things will continue to get better!
